Always feel at home. Rabbi Stiel kind hearted and knowing wisdom to share. Cantor Herzog many musical talents, kind, and respectful. Always recognize for the good heart a person has. Secure building.

Wonderful preschool open to all. Open early and late for after care. There is so much love and community with the staff and parents. The school absolutely prepped my daughter for kindergarten and beyond. We are looking forward to enrolling our son for the next school year.

Loved this preschool for my 3 granddaughters. The staff is top notch and friendly. Security is tight and should expect it to be! All family activities were so much fun. My girls loved going here.

I was in town today and went here for the Shabbat service. The folks and clergy were very friendly and welcoming. The cantorial soloist even invited me to play the guitar on a song with him when I told him I play at my synagogue. The service was meaningful and filled with neshuma.
The sermon was timely and had good refections on the parsha of the week.
I will definitely come back when I am in town again.

We are new to Scottsdale and wanted to attend Shabbat services. I went on the Internet and Temple Solel was one of the choices; I liked what it said, it is close by, so off we went. A lovely Oneg was set up and the gift shop was open. Whoever does the buying does an excellent job. We were impressed with the beauty and simplicity of the Santuary and the fact it was a full house. Services were inspirational; we especially loved the music. BUT, not one person introduced themselves or came over to say 'hello'. The greeters gave a reluctant nod along with an unmeaningful 'Shabbat Shalom'. Neither rabbis or the Cantor Soloist bothered to 'greet' as worshippers entered the building; the first and best greeting was from the security guard.
It should be the obligation of each and every member to welcome visitors, whether they be visitors attending a Bar/Bat Mitzvah or old friends from Chicago. And the rabbi is obligated to be the first to welcome guests into his fold.
