We've sent my daughter to Playschool since she was 18 months old and we absolutely love it. My daughter has an amazing time with her friends and the teachers are loving and supportive. They prioritize play and have lots of activities for the kids, including Soccer Shots, ZoomDance, and music. Communication with the Director and her teachers is clear and frequent, and the class sizes are small. We are thrilled to send my daughter to place where we can fully trust the staff to care for her as we would.

The preschool has been a great place for my daughter to learn and become comfortable around other children and teachers. It’s also great that I can send her part time and half days which so many places don’t allow. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking about a preschool for their little ones.

After touring many daycares / schools in the area, SHS Playshool clearly stood out. The staff and teachers were wonderful in helping my little one feel comfortable and safe in her new environment. The school itself is so clean and spacious and located on a pretty block of society hill. It’s rare to find such a big indoor play space and 2 outdoor play areas. Great for developing those gross motor skills! The director, Megan, is so responsive and the teachers are also very accessible. Communication has never been an issue and as first time parents, this was an important criteria for us.
I even appreciate the smaller things like being able to park our stroller inside the school so we don’t have to lug it back and forth, and being able to drop off our little one inside her class (vs outside the school). Overall, it’s such a warm and welcoming community and I have so much peace of mind knowing she’s in safe and loving hands.

Our kids have thrived at the Playschool. The teachers and staff are warm and engaging while pushing our children to grow academically and socially. I highly recommend the Playschool for all those considering it!

Both kids attended the playschool and we could not be happier. I highly recommend the school. Everything from the teachers to the administration is excellent. My kids will be sad to leave when they graduate!
