Absolutely disgusting experience. The receptionist, JENNIFER, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. There was ZERO basic phone etiquette and ZERO respect — honestly the worst possible first impression for any business.

I politely asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge, and instead of helping, she hung up the call. That alone says everything about how this company treats potential clients.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If this is how they treat people before doing business, imagine what happens after. Avoid this place.

We have been part of the Chanen family for 2 years and have loved seeing the changes with the new administration and new teachers! Our son loves going to school everyday. He is always greeted with smiles and hugs. We love the updated hours and addition of the app. The teachers and staff are amazing as always! We truly feel like he is part of a family when he goes to school.

While we were living in Arizona we did a massive research to get the best preschool for our 16 month old daughter and we found it!
We tried another preschool before and we had a bad experience. After that we were not trusting anything, anyone who was going to take care of our daughter, until we found Chanen. Amy has everything so well organised, and under control that since the moment you get in, you know they really know how to educate your kids, give them love and care, and the most important make them have happy days while learning. We were so blessed with Miss Jenny, Mr Bear and Miss Rachelle, hands down they were like angels making sure our baby was always comfortable, and adapting well to be away from us. They were so special, always on top of everything, so professional and very very great humans with a big heart. Our daughter loved the school, but even more her teachers! Each classroom has its own playground, everything is clean, beautiful and childproof. We moved overseas, and it was very sad to leave Chanen. Sven after a couple months our daughter keeps asking for Miss Jenny, Miss Rachelle and Mr Bear, saying she wants to go to visit them. Keep the great job guys, you are the best!!! Highly recommended

Our younger two children currently attend Chanen preschool but amongst our children, we have been there for over 6 years at this point. We have had a great experience with staff and our oldest was well prepared for kindergarten. As a Jewish family, we have really appreciated the Judaism our children have brought home from Chanen. We look forward to another year.
