I’ve lived here for three years and I’ve got to say; this is hands down one of the best FLATS properties to live in. First, there’s only 40 units in the building, so its pretty easy to get to know everyone. Additionally, there are no amenities on site aside from parking - which is perfect because we’re equidistant between two major FLATS properties and we are free to use either. Finally, I never hear my neighbors, the apartments are unique and have a ton of character and very spacious. It was built in 1922 - just so so cool.

We just moved in and the process was great! Dino and Vatsal were a huge help in answering any questions we had. There was some minor damage from a previous tenant and Dino was so quick in getting things fixed even better than we expected. Great communication and lovely building!

I rented one of the lofted spaces on the third floor. Although the view isn’t the best, the size and layout make up for it. The parking lot makes it super convenient as the surrounding area is street parking that is never available. Vatsal was exceptional on the tours I was on with him. He showed me other properties but I couldn’t pass up on the lofted unit here. Afterwards, Dino answered all the questions I have and prepared everything in a timely manner. Shout out to both of them for making the entire process a walk in the park!

Such an easy move, the staff was informative when I picked up the keys the day of my move. Everything went smoothly and it was great to be able to move through the front door as my unit was very close to it and overall easier than going through the back. The apartment was clean and ready for my move in and the staff continues to rapidly answer my questions. Really enjoying living in the synagogue.

Great apartment in a prime location of Uptown. I have enjoyed living here so far and appreciate everything that the FLATS team does. From maintenance (Astrit & Arsim) to management (Dino & Vatsal), everyone is very communicative and respectful. Although the walls are a little thin, I have not found any issues with this place. I would highly recommend if you are interested in an old school vibe with a touch of modern finishing.
