I personally like the Rebbetzin and Rabbi here, as they are the most friendly on the upper east side. Warm and welcoming to Jews of all backgrounds.

This is always a nice place to visit. Many years ago, I worked nearby and came here semi-regularly.
Dropped in for a late mincha while visiting Manhattan. Thank G-d, some things never change. Pleasant polite people, good pace for davening, feels warm and inviting.
Always happy to come back.

Fifth Avenue Synagogue has a beautiful edifice. I highly recommend if you're in town to definitely stop by and look at the architectural design. I only attended one service their and that was for Mayor Koch's funeral.
